Meditation
Meditation can help offset the impact of stress and anxiety in our lives. Even if you only have ten minutes a day, you can reap many benefits of this practice including: an increase in positive emotions, strengthened connection to inner wisdom, mental clarity, presence, and the ability to relate to others and oneself with increased kindness, acceptance, and compassion.
Meditation, sound balancing, and Reiki can all work with the chakras. A chakra is an energy center in the body. When open and balanced, your mind, body and spirit are aligned and harmonized, which influences your overall well-being.
